It's why Lucas Homes got in touch when they set about embarking on their latest exciting project.
They needed everything associated with Fir Tree Court to appeal to their target audience - over 55s who would be interested in moving into luxury apartments.
Because Lucas realised that once they'd got the branding right it would help unlock the development's massive potential.

Long gone are the days that literature is only relevant in print form.
While we still needed to produce brochures, inserts and folders for Lucas, it's why our work didn't end there.
Hoardings surrounding the development were an equally important part of the branding project - as was designing Fir Tree Court's website.
Now colour themes, content and style are in place, it means the brand can be built upon just like the land behind the temporary signs around the site.
